Job Summary
The Admin Executive – DRI (Direct Reduced Iron) Plant is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations of the plant, ensuring smooth facility management, compliance with company policies, coordination with internal departments, and support to plant leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Administration Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the DRI plant. Maintain attendance records, shift rosters, and manpower coordination. Support HR activities including onboarding, documentation, and employee records. 2. Facility & Infrastructure Management Oversee housekeeping, security, transportation, and canteen services. Coordinate maintenance of office infrastructure, utilities, and equipment. Ensure vendor performance and service quality at the plant site. 3. Compliance & Documentation Maintain statutory registers and compliance records. Assist in audits (internal/external) and regulatory inspections. Ensure adherence to plant safety and administrative policies. 4. Vendor & Contract Management Coordinate with contractors and service providers. Process vendor bills and maintain records. Negotiate and manage service contracts as required. 5. Inventory & Asset Management Monitor office supplies and plant administrative inventory. Maintain asset registers and track usage. Ensure timely procurement of required materials. 6. Coordination & Communication Act as liaison between plant operations and corporate office. Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain MIS data. Support Plant Head in administrative planning and reporting. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Management. 3–6 years of experience in plant administration (preferably in steel or manufacturing industry). Knowledge of statutory compliance related to factories. Skills & Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems. Vendor management and negotiation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of plant safety and industrial environment. Preferred Experience Experience in DRI / Steel / Manufacturing plant. Familiarity with labor laws and factory regulations. Exposure to industrial township or remote plant location management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
